01Mission

Training for the job, as well as the exam.

DGCA sets the minimum syllabus and hours. We cover those, then add the checks and drills you will use on your first paid job.

Each RPAS module is matched to a procedure from our own commercial operations, so what you practise is what the work requires.

02Safety

Four safety habits we teach on every course.

Four principles govern every course we build and every deployment we run.

Hazard identification first

01 · Before every flight

Every flight, training or commercial, starts with a structured hazard review. Trainees run it on every flight until it becomes routine.

Emergency protocol fluency

02 · Drilled until automatic

Trainees repeat emergency drills until the response is automatic. A pilot who has to think during a fly-away has already lost control.

Data-informed decisions

03 · Logs feed lessons

Every commercial operation produces flight logs and incident reports. That data feeds straight back into training scenarios.

Crew resource management

04 · Team communication

Even single-pilot jobs involve ground crew, site supervisors and ATC. We train the communication as well as the flying.

03Operational lineage

How the company got here.

We ran commercial drone work for several years before we started training pilots.
